AESTHETIC VISION

RocketPunk Worlds // Visual & Sensory Language
RocketPunk Worlds aesthetic collage

Core Visual Direction

The entire collection shares one cohesive artistic identity so every story feels like it belongs to the same universe even when tone shifts.

Linework

Primary influence: the cleaner, emotionally readable outlines of Bryan Lee O’Malley (Seconds). Faces and key figures stay clear and expressive. Selective grit and texture from Soul Eater / Fire Force is applied mainly to clothing, environments, and worn surfaces.

Color & Texture

Base is desaturated grays, concrete, and industrial tones. On top of that sit loud, limited fluorescent neon pops (hot pink, acid cyan, electric yellow, orange, magenta). Heavy grain, photocopy / xerox texture, and halftone energy are intentional.

Primary Inspiration for the Digi-Zine

Hobie Brown / Spider-Punk from Across the Spider-Verse — high-contrast black and white with aggressive grain, explosive but limited color pops, collage, torn edges, sticker energy, anti-corporate attitude.
